Let me tell yall! These men have been out to my house 2x now when I’ve been without water due to well issues and what not! Thank God for these men because I have a 2 year old in the house and not having water is a major inconvenience! They came late in the day and even on a Saturday to service me! Always fair pricing and gave me any advice I need and were very honest! Cannot recommend enough!
Very pleased with Roy, Rita and their team! We’ve been relying on their expertise over the years and they’ve been great! They have been great in identifying our water issues. Recently we have had some plumbing and water issues, due to the age of our home. We were happy with the continued service, professionalism and the personal connection provided by this team! Some water treatment systems may cost less, but they may not last. A satisfied customer of 25 years!
They were able to come within a week of calling and the person they sent was super professional. He came in, immediately knew which tank was the problem based on what we told him and had a new one in within an hour. He went over details about timelines for our other tanks and had answers for all our questions. Doesn't hurt that they were the least expensive in the area. We'll be calling them next time.
