Today was better. Clothes looked good and someone was in the store working. To the owner/ Please contact me privately. No one was in the bathroom . No sign was up. You had to people that left because no one was there. I can explain more in private. I feel you should know as the owner what really happened. Someone told you an incorrect story.
I make it a point to go to Zips Dry Cleaners in Williamsburg since their opening. My clothes comeback when promised and clean (as expected) but most importantly, their Wmsbg staff is excellent; most especially Nasir Johnson! He is extremely professional, polite and very courteous! He answers any cleaning questions I have with patience and accuracy. I own a business in Williamsburg and I can tell you from experience that young employees such as Nasir are hard to find! Nasir is definitely an asset for Zips and I appreciate his positivity and helpful attitude!
I have used this location multiple times, no issues, quick service and friendly customer service. I had formal dresses, blouses and uniforms cleaned. It's nice to have same day service, if needed.
