He sent about 8 crew members to do a job that took less than two hours on 29 December, and charged me a very fair price. Dan could have closed his business for the holiday season, but he did not. With little if any profit on this job, Dan seemed more interested in keeping his employees busy and giving them a paycheck during the holidays. That's a smart business owner who values both his customers and his employees.“
