An extremely positive first visit.Staff was both very friendly and very professional/efficient. They gathered extensive health-related information prior to my appointment, which greatly aided Dr. Crouched in his initial analysis and treatment.Through additional discussion at my appointment he was able to identify other issues, which, in turn, allowed him to provide me with significant improvement and relief on just this, my first visit.I should also note that his approach is holistic and, unlike many others of his profession, "non-violent". He clearly cares about his patients.I won't hesitate to return or to recommend him to others.

Caring calm environment. Professional and gentle. Never made me feel bad about my weight. This is the first time a health care professional was genuinely wanting to help me instead of passing me on to someone else or blaming my problem solely on my weight.It felt good to be taken care of.Thank you Mark and Kelly!

Dr. Croucher is awesome! Helped me out four years ago and again this year. Very helpful and seems to want to make sure you feel great all the time without medication. Highly recommend to anyone who is having back trouble.
