Zero accountability. Zero integrity. Dont use this business, trust me! The owner of Sterling (Lee Macleod), booked multiple fishing charters for her guests. A few days prior, the captains reached out to go over the details and options. She completely disappeared and wouldn't return a phone call. No cancellation email and no phone call from Lee, nothing, and this is after multiple phone calls and text messages from her with excitement. Instead of canceling the charters that she booked, she didnt even have the respect or consideration to cancel the days. After numerous texts and voicemails trying to get in touch with her, she accidentally returned my call and hung up immediately. We sat at the marina with bait, ice and snacks for her guests for an hour and a half, as we thought maybe the guests would arrive. They never did. In the few days leading up to the booked dates, Lee couldn't find 1 minute in her time to cancel the charters via text or email, but she did have time to accidentally call me and hang up. Thanks for discourteous respect toward other businesses that make a living.

Absolutely Top-Notch Service!I hired Sterling for day-of wedding coordination and it was one of the best decisions I made. Conie made sure to take away the worry from me, even when my outdoor ceremony had to be changed indoors last minute. She even drove all the way back to my house to let the dogs out during the reception! I can not thank her enough for all that she did. Conie Duncan-Watson is truly an expert in her field and projects professionalism and courtesy well above expectation.

Many thanks to Conie and her team for helping us execute a flawless event. They helped me set up a winery tour at the Williamsburg Winery, entertainment for a few of our parties in CW, decor, and last minute transportation for an event that got rained out. Because of their support during the planning stages and competence onsite, I was able to rest assured that everything was being taken care of. I actually got to enjoy some of the parties because Sterling was there instead of having to coordinate everything myself. Thank you to Conie and her team for being such a great DMC to work with. <3

We cannot say enough amazing things about the ladies at Sterling Events. They are extremely professional and true experts in their field. Hosting an event with over 700 people is an incredible undertaking but for the last few years they have been flawlessly by my side every step of the way.

Sterling Event Planners is the best event planning group I've ever encountered. I've been organizing company stakeholders meetings for 13 year and NOT ONE has compared to the thoroughness and professionalism of Sterling. Not to mention the people that work so hard for you are the nicest I've met through the years. They met my every need. I almost wish I'd not run in to them....because all other companies have been compared and found lacking.
