I come to Riverside Williamsburg Family Medicine for my neurology appointments and other medical needs, and I’ve always had a great experience. The doctors are excellent—knowledgeable, caring, and take the time to listen. I’ve never had any issues with my visits. It is always clean and the bathrooms are nice.
I’ve also had blood work done here, and the process has always been smooth. One thing I appreciate is that they let you know upfront if your insurance doesn’t cover certain tests, so there are no surprises. Overall, it’s a well-run office with great staff, and I highly recommend it!
The Doctors and Nurses are AMAZING. but some of those front desk people are rude and short patienced as hell. I just got off the phone and was rushed off for asking simple appointment questions.
I did not feel well during my visit. It has turned out, I was food sick. Everyone in their vaccination department was extremely helpful treating me in the best way possible. Couldn't be more appreciative!
