Making the appointment was simple and the staff was able to answer all my questions prior to the appointment. The doctor and technician were great! It was a smooth overall experience and I'm so glad not to have unnecessary things forced on me and everything suggested was simply suggested, which I greatly appreciate. “The entire staff including Dr. Bates vet doctor listens to my needs about my pets. I am severely hearing impaired, and they always speak so that I understand what is going on. They help me as a pet parent by providing support to show me how to properly administer medication ointment and cleaning tools to do correctly once at home for my pet to heal properly. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are truly wonderful people. My Henry is healing nicely and back to his spunky lil self.“
