I can’t say enough wonderful things about PEAK and the wonderful people who work here. Dani and Carter have the best customer service skills and are so friendly and warm. They’ve called my doctor to inform them of my condition when it worsened and I was unable to go to PT. Megan was my physical therapist and she so caring and knowledgeable. She really listened to all my concerns and her experience and sincerity led her to believe that something else was going on and she pushed me to have the Orthopedic specialist order an MRI after they were refusing to listen to me and saying it was just my anxiety and a simple back injury. Staff (Dannie and Carey) and Therapists (Erin and Tara), at Peak Physical Therapy located in McLaws Circle, were very welcoming and respectful from start to finish. You were assigned one therapist who remained with you the entire time you were doing your therapy. They were good listeners and accommodated your every need to make your experience as painless as possible. Their knowledge of the anatomy and how everything is connected was very impressive indeed! I actually looked forward to going to my therapy sessions. In the end, all of my goals were accomplished and I highly recommend them. Thank you.
I contacted Peak PT for my sciatic nerve pain after reading that they only have licensed physical therapists, not techs work with you, as well as hearing great things about their therapists. Erin and Tara were wonderully encouraging and understanding, but firm about what I needed to do to progress - always course correcting me when I didn't understand or slacked off (asking me if I needed options). They used great analogies for technical concepts and had a range of approaches when I couldn't stay on my knees long for an exercise. And it worked! Now that I'm having knee replacement, I've already scheduled my post-surgery PT with Peak!
