Can't get in touch with. It says they have calling restrictions that have made it so I can call. I have tried other phones, all the same results. Trying to check on something brought in, but cannot get in touch and has a very alarming automated voice. There's no way to leave a message or ask to be called back.
Overall, I have been satisfied with the service over the many years I have been a customer. A most recent visit, however left me disappointed. I had three dress shirts that needed buttons replaced. I provided the buttons and asked that they be sewn. The person there seemed to be annoyed at the request despite offering tailoring services. I was asked to pay in advance, and in cash. When I picked up my garments, she seemed further annoyed that I checked to see if the buttons were done and did not return the remaining buttons that weren't used. In simple terms, when a customer comes to your business, I might make sense to be nice.
