I had a fabulous first massage experience with Megan at Massage Envy. I was slightly nervous about getting a massage, but the calming atmosphere and Megan's kind demeanor made me feel relaxed. She took the time to walk through what it would look like and what to expect. My massage was exactly what I'd hoped it would be!

Dropped in on a business trip. My therapist was amazing, I could give her a 10-star rating. The receptionist should be replaced. I was welcomed by " Bender? You're checked in" while she continued to talk to someone about fathers day gifts. I wasn't shown to the waiting area. Eventually I got up to go to the bathroom and she didn't even get up to show me where it was, just said it's down that hall and pointed. Upon my return out, she said, "oh I forgot to fill these out, and went through the mindless motions of filling out the form. She had no idea I was from out of town, or a previous ME member. She tried to book me for 3 weeks out. She didn't thank me for my visit. Terrible...read full review
