Lisa was referred to my wife and I by a commercial real estate agent. Before talking to Lisa, we had our property listed with two other agents for nearly 3 years. We spoke with her, and signed a 12 month contract. Within 3 weeks of listing our 3 tracts of land in Charles City County, VA on 4 different MLSs, she had obtained 2 contracts on 2 of the tracts.
