I have taken kids to the Langley location for the past 7 years. It started out great, but now it’s horrible. Customer service is non existent and the receptionist will tell you that you are wrong and argue with you. They never have a trial pair of contacts for my son, and when they ordered them they did not call to let us know they were in. My husband went up there to ask if they were in, and the receptionist told he couldn’t give him the contacts because he had to check with doc to make sure they were the right prescription, but she did not check with the doc therefore we did not get my sons trial contacts. Instead they just threw them away. Will not be going back.
