This is my second year using James Pest Control and I couldn't be more pleased. Since they started treating around my home, I have had zero problems. They are also flexible and allow me to take a few months off in the winter. During what has been considered a 'bad' ant year, I haven't seen a single one. On time, polite, effective, reasonably priced.
We have used James Pest Control for years and are very happy with the service and results.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about James City Pest Control! The technician is fantastic and it’s always the same friendly, reliable person each visit. When I called to make payment arrangements due to unexpected circumstances from the government shutdown, they went above and beyond to help. Their kindness, understanding, and compassion truly stood out. We’ll be customers for life and recommend them to everyone we know!
