We have been using Va Green for about 5 years now and we could not be happier with our lawn or the company’s employees. For example, today John was spraying our yard, he found me outside and talked to me about the service and wanted to make sure we were happy with the lawn.

Meh. Haven't used them much. They did one treatment and I needed to have them stop because we are going with sod. I texted the tech who did the first treatment that I wanted to speak to a manager but he never responded (but had no issue using text to communicate previously). So after a week, I called to speak with a manager to see what options there was available since I was changing the plan and I had paid in full. I asked the call rep if I could speak with a manager and she stated she would help me. I said I kinda would just like to speak to a manager. She proceeded to explain that she knows everything a manager does. I have never had good experiences with call center...read full review

Virginia Green has taken care of my yard for two years. The service is excellent and the techs are always courteous. They write extensive, detailed notes on the service they provide and add suggestions based on findings. I am impressed with their service and their operation and my lawn looks great and is very healthy now.
