The entire staff including Dr. Bates vet doctor listens to my needs about my pets. I am severely hearing impaired, and they always speak so that I understand what is going on. They help me as a pet parent by providing support to show me how to properly administer medication ointment and cleaning tools to do correctly once at home for my pet to heal properly. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are truly wonderful people. My Henry is healing nicely and back to his spunky lil self.

Took our cat Rufio here after we noticed facial swelling and were worried about an abscess. They were able to give us an appointment for only two hours later (even being a new client) and STILL saw us even though SOMEONE went to the wrong vet and was 30 min late?
Unfortunately, Rufio’s best course of treatment was something we couldn’t afford; thankfully, Dr Barnes was able to execute a less costly treatment plan and took the time to explain everything in detail.

Best vet in Williamsburg! The Dr & staff are very knowledgeable & provided the best care to my little rescue kitten that was found near death. He’s now healthy & growing! Thank you!
