No showed twice. The first time we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We do understand companies are busy and short staffed. They did not bother to call, so we called and rescheduled. The second time we were told someone was on their way and still, no one came. Why bother rescheduling if you don't plan on showing up? Don't waste your time or energy on a company that is too busy for it's customers.....

Doesn't like small jobs. Won't call you back despite waiting for a tech to show up on two occasions for a total of 8 hours waiting time. FOLLOWUP TO OWNER RESPONSE: Bold faced lie that they came out to the house and gave estimate 2 days later. No one ever came to my house.

They installed and service the 20KW generator at our house. I was surprised that they use a cheap aftermarket oil filter instead of thr OEM Kohler one. I guess most of their customer's don't ever look under the enclosure. My Son pointed it out to me.
