In 2019, we bought a home for which FSI gave a free foundation repair analysis and a clear reasonable estimate as part of the pre-inspection. We subsequently paid an engineering firm thousands of dollars and got the exact same analysis and recommendation. (What can I say?) So we hired FSI. They installed the recommender adjustable helical piers, stabilized and repaired the foundation, and gave us their “for-as-long-as-you-own-the-property” warranty. The repair has required no adjustments. In 2026, we sold the home and for a nominal fee, transferred the warranty to the new owners. Perfect experience. Great company.

We live in Mathews County which is prone to standing water. Beulah Church of New Point had a huge foundation problem and needed extensive work to repair the problem to a very old building. To sure it up they had to dig deeper than normal to find solid ground which did not effect the price. FSI did a great job and I highly recommend them for your foundation needs. Steve Rilee is wonderful to work with and made sure all our questions were answered.
