The Drying Company installed a dehumidifier in our basement two years ago. We continue to use their services for an annual inspection of our appliance. Joey was our service agent this year. On top of being friendly and customer-oriented, he was a top notch technician. It was not your quick in and out wondering if anything had been done. Rather, he was very thorough and made sure everything was working exactly as it should. He also explained what we should monitor and how to notice any issues. Had a great experience with the drying company. Alex came in and answered my very long list of questions. Given the health effects we were experiencing from mold in our crawlspace, I needed very clear explanations and options. Alex wasn't pushy at all, but provided the information I needed to be able to make an educated decision, and then he was extremely responsive to questions after the initial consultation. As I was having scheduling issues, he stepped in to make sure things were moving along as necessary.
