Come in and I’ll give her five stars because she really helps people and tells them about the hair and she is a magnificent mother and that’s why I guess the first part is she has a lot of future with clients
I came to Coco because I have been avoiding doing my hair for about a month and expressed that to her. I never got the vibe that she was judging me, but felt instead that she saw my struggle and understood it. I told her my concerns about how previous stylists have treated me, and again, I felt like she understood. She took the time to explain to me the state of my hair, and gave me recommendations of how I can care for it in-between time, in the meantime. I booked an appointment with only expectations of what my hair would end up looking like, but as a first time client, this ended up becoming a life changing experience. I felt so comfortable being serviced by the owner and I don't get to say that a lot. I've been through so many beauticians and of course I've been satisfied with the outcome, this is the first time I've ever thought about how underrated comfort is and how important it is to use discernment when choosing someone to do your hair.
