After a nightmare experience at another local dental office, I was referred to Williamsburg Dental Group. I was understandably a bit apprehensive going in, but Dr. Ward and her team were absolutely outstanding. She listened carefully as I shared what had happened during my previous visit and reassured me that my experience with WDG would be very different.

She absolutely delivered. Dr. Ward and her staff were warm, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step, including the work I needed. It had been a while since my last cleaning, and with surgery scheduled just two weeks away, Dr. Ward went out of her way to fit me in beforehand. That level of care was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated.

“I was disappointed to hear that you lost those girls, they were very friendly & patient towards me, & took their time with me, as I have bad anxiety, etc, plus other medical issues. I & my mom had always given you great reviews as it was how we felt, plus I had referred 2 people that are your clients now. But this last visit was very upsetting & stressful, the hygienist would not even put the TV on for me to relax me as she had issues with it, so there was no helping me when we really didn't get off to a good start to begin with. I need someone easy & with a good manner to want to help, not to shove one client off fast just to get to another. I know I was late that day, as I did call, & we should of rescheduled me instead of me having a bad experience. You said you were backed up alot, but I would of waited instead of my experience.
