I've been going here for about a year and in general, have had a positive experience. One of my fillings wasn't great and left a huge gap between my teeth, but when I commented on it, another dentist in the same office did what he could to fix it without charge. The original dentist that did the poor job on the filling isn't there anymore I don't think. I just had my teeth cleaned today by Reed, and I have to say she is the most thorough hygienist I've seen in a long time! I have a permanent bonded retainer on my bottom front teeth and it is such a pain to keep clean. Moved to Williamsburg and had a hard time finding dentist for my 21 year old. They did the initial appt back in August, and were unable to get her on the schedule to complete her dental plan. The receptionist put her on the cancellation wait list, and was able to get her in. Originally we were going to need two visits to complete all needed work. Today, they were super efficient and got everything done in one visit. Plus it's right next to Panera!

All of the staff are so friendly and courteous from front desk to back, they make you feel welcome. Especially Tony she’s the sweetest, I recommend my daughter and husband to make an appointment.
