“I was disappointed to hear that you lost those girls, they were very friendly & patient towards me, & took their time with me, as I have bad anxiety, etc, plus other medical issues. I & my mom had always given you great reviews as it was how we felt, plus I had referred 2 people that are your clients now. But this last visit was very upsetting & stressful, the hygienist would not even put the TV on for me to relax me as she had issues with it, so there was no helping me when we really didn't get off to a good start to begin with. I need someone easy & with a good manner to want to help, not to shove one client off fast just to get to another. I know I was late that day, as I did call, & we should of rescheduled me instead of me having a bad experience. You said you were backed up alot, but I would of waited instead of my experience. I do want to let you know the hygienist was good at what she does, & quit fast & smooth. Thank you judith“
