I recently purchased new glasses from this practice. I purchased Costco before but was not satisfied. I had nose surgery right after receiving my new glasses and they had to make a few adjustments in the frames to fit my nose. In the process, the frame ultimately broke. I picked up my new frames today and was so pleased that they did not change me, I purchased a second pair. Chris Diersing handed all of this and I highly recommend him and this practice
The staff was great. Always friendly, shout out to Taylor who was extremely helpful and even though not her patient. Made sure I was comfortable while waiting in the waiting room. Dropped what she was doing just to get me a drink of water. Office staff like this is what truly makes a difference in a medical office.
Dr. Farah and his staff made me feel so comfortable through the entire process. Everything was explained to me very well. The doctor even checked on me the night of the procedure. I can’t say enough good things about this team.
