Most highly recommend. Had a 12yr old Dell desktop computer that would not let me upgrade to windows 11. Instead of having to buy a new computer Ryan was able to load Windows 11 and computer is as good as new!

I was referred to Ryan by my mom Loretta Hannum - he set up my computer a few years ago and did a beyond excellent job- along with setting up my system- he has been taking care of my mother’s computer for years- I know my mom doesn’t mind me saying she is 92 and is still active on her computer! I am telling this because no matter how small the problem or what time the call, she can depend on him to do whatever it entails him to do- not only does he fix the problem but he takes the time to explain and teach what has been done. Ryan, owner of the Computer Clinic of Williamsburg, has been my computer technician for at least the past five years. I am an 84 year-old woman who rerquires much patience and clear and thorough explanations of everything technical. Ryan's patience with me is never ending . He never minds my technical ineptitude and I always feel comfortable with him. Ryan is always most respectful and professional. He always responds promptly when I need help and I appreciate that he always comes to me at my home. He is the best of the best in Williamsburg!
