I called inquiring about psychiatric services. Apparently, they are not equipped to provide psychiatric services to a 40-year-old woman. The receptionist said the max age is 30.

The receptionist also sounded asleep and could care less. Not a good frontman for a mental health business. Made me even more uncomfortable with the entire situation. Like I was bothering her.

I only rated one star because I had to give at least that. I’m guessing someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, because the customer service orientation from this mornings receptionist(?) was horrible.

It’s already difficult when trying to find suitable help, and recommendations when dealing in a mental capacity regarding ourselves and/or loved ones, and I now have reservations about this place.

After careful research, I choose this office to see if their services would be beneficial. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Beefa directly, off and on from 4-8pm in between his sessions the day before just trying to figure out the best...read full review
