lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, fuimos mi madre y yo a la sede de Williamsburg con la promoción de rayos x, Limpieza y chequeo y nos fue muy bien. la higienista es muy buena y nos fue honesta sobre el problema que teníamos y los rayos x de una muy buena calidad con buenos equipos.
sin duda una buena clínica odontológica para hispanos y voy a volver

It is very hard to move and find a good dentist. I really appreciated how they do a pre-exam before cleaning to let you know up front what you may need. I think Sarah did the best cleaning I have had in years and gave me really great advice on things I could help with at home. They offered options at a reasonable price and were not pushy, just providing information. I am lucky that I found them!

They are not at all responsible with the dental health of patients, they are only interested in money and forget about the rest. I do not recommend them.

Brought my daughter there by a referral from her husbands office in Gloucester (which we loved), but this one… never ever ever would I send my worse enemy here. Appointment that was scheduled (day of, 30 minutes until appointment) I get a call saying the dentist wasn’t there to do the root canal that was scheduled. When I asked why were they just calling, they said “we didn’t think about it until now.” So, asked if they could at least take care of some of the cavities, which they said, “sure”. I brought her in, they decided to ONLY attempt to fill the tooth that needed the root canal, which later that evening, a piece fell out. I tried calling multiple times and left a message and never heard anything back. Now less than 2 months later, the same tooth they drilled and tried to fill, literally broke and now she has a larger hole and needed to do an emergency root canal while out of state. Dr. Amador was sweet, but her staff was very unprofessional and the lack of work ethic was ridiculous.

This establishment is very unprofessional. I got a text message this morning saying since I've missed so many appointments (i dont drive so i have to depend on others to drive me and they know this) that I was going to get reported to my insurance company and they were going to take my insurance away. Dr Amador has always been rude to me she never liked me for whatever reason. I was never rude to her until now 10 out of 10 don't recommend this establishment.

If it wasn’t for the very detailed and professional dental hygienist I would have never came back! The dentist is very unprofessional. She doesn’t care about her patients. Will see you and not remember anything about you, even with her looking at the notes. You still have to tell her which tooth is bothering you! Tells you one thing at one appointment and when you come back it’s a whole different story. Playing with people health that’s exactly what she is doing. I will never return to this establishment ever !

I have been trying for months to be seen. They took 3/4 of my family, but they won’t take me with the same insurance. They just don’t anymore. I was told in august to keep calling. Ive left voicemails with no reply. I was just put on hold in the middle of a conversation after i asked to speak to someone as i have been dealing with this issue for six months now. I waited several minutes, hung up, only to get a call back that rang for all of two seconds before hanging up, just enough to say they tried to call back. Not even a voicemail. There was no intention to help. I don’t care if you’re under new management. If someone has been leaving you messages trying to be seen because this is the only dentist that their insurance shows in their area, it would be so much more kind to at least return their call to tell them to kick rocks instead of letting this progress for months. Mind you, again, that’s exactly what this front desk told me to do- keep calling them.
