My daughter and I love working out at 9Round because every time we go it is a different workout and each trainer, Cameron, Julie, Kate, Alex, Natalie, Sean - are in high spirits and very encouraging. Last Friday, Trainer Kate, had a disco - night - workout which was a lot of fun and brought back memories of the 1980s.

AWESOME COMPANY! Started my weight lost journey January 5th. Been going for almost 3 months! I have lost 13 pounds and they have helped me every step of the way! I wouldn’t be where I’m at physically without them!!

Best Workout ever! From Day 1 it was intense but you will love every minute of it! The trainers are Great! It’s very very clean! And they push you to the Max ending your work out with great results! I recommend this to everyone trying to start working out but don’t know where to start. START AT ROUND 9 ??
