“My first time going to PT and it was a great experience. Kari and team were all great - they all know their stuff; teaching me stretches and exercises that I can do on my own to assist with my neck and lower back issues. I liked that the office was small enough to feel personal vice feeling like cattle all squished into a locker room vibe.”
“I have worked with many physical therapists over the years and have enjoyed working with Rich Kelly and his staff at the St. James in Springfield. The facility is excellent and more importantly, the personal attention is greatly appreciated. This is not a “factory” but rather a personalized evaluation and personalized treatment, which I value. Rich and his staff have heard me loud and clear that playing golf on a very regular basis is an overarching goal and pain relief in various joints is the near-term goal, and many of the exercises directly or indirectly benefit my golf swing. While professional, Rich and team are very pleasant to be with, and instill the confidence in them that you want to have with your therapist.”
“Dr Bill & Fred are great to work with. Pain has substantially declined as I continue with daily special exercises. Highly recommended.”
