Simply the best group of yoga professionals. They are so helpful guiding the first time visitor to hot yoga. The facility is well maintained with showers and locker room for men and women. If you forget any yoga supplies they have them along with a variety of drinks to hydrate you.If you are thinking about trying hot yoga don't pass the up. The schedules are online and easy to access. The candlelight sessions are very relaxing.

I really enjoyed the yoga session- a friend allowed me to try 3 sessions for $3 from their membership. Leaving the yoga room, dripping in sweat, I was greeted with, "We need to know what you want to do." It just put a bad taste in my mouth being pressured to purchase a membership after my very first class.

I really enjoyed my first class. It didn't seem Difficult for being not being a yoga person. They had a candle light session which felt really relaxing and helped with concentration. I am excited to try t again.
