The WTS technician Greg and John did an outstanding job of replacing our RO filter and provided their plumbing expertise regarding our dishwasher’s leaking. They also educated us on our water softener system and when to expect the resin to go bad and what to look for. I was truly impress with their quality of work and professionalism.

Noticed my waters taste was a bit off and made a quick call for service. They were able to fit me in quickly and take care of us perfectly. Highly suggest them if you have hard water. Great company!

WTS was fantastic! We hadn’t had our RO filters changed since buying our house, and they were able to get us on the schedule within 10 days. The technicians arrived on time, replaced our filters, did a full inspection, and even discovered our tank was bad — which they replaced right away. They were knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I was really impressed with their service and professionalism. Highly recommend WTS and will definitely be using them again in the future!
