I took my 10 yr old with her friend for their first ear piercing on Sunday. We arrived at the noon opening and were numbers 8 and 9 on the piercing list. I was a bit disappointed about the wait but was prepared for it. Once we were called to back we immediately knew the wait was worthwhile.

I was a walk in and the lady at the front was very helpful in checking me in and guiding me to what size earring to get. Bridgett the one who pierced my ears was very professional and very informative. She took proper precaution on where to pierce for my second hole due to scarring and cartilage in my earlobe. The place where the piercing took place was very sanitized and clean. During the piercing she checked on me to see if I was okay. I recommend this place. 10/10. Thank you!

Took my mother who has alzheimers to get her ears pierced here-so she can sleep in the flat backs. While we are waiting, she spills a tray of their earings everywhere. She was SO embarrassed & not one person in the shop was rude. They told her over & over again it was all good. The receptionist (im so mad I cant remember her name) was on the floor picking them up & just still being so comforting to my mom. I love this place. They are the nicest & funnest people ever. They had my mom giggling the whole time.
