This past winter we noticed our hardwood floors seemed to be getting loose from the sub flooring. We also noticed a small hairline crack above a window. We figured it had to be something going on with our foundation and that we needed a professional opinion. We contacted 3 companies and scheduled appointments to have the issue inspected as well as to get quotes to have it remedied. The first company was a no show after they asked me to remove all the plywood underpinning. The second wasn't thorough at all and seemed to be mostly interested in a recommendation for where to go for lunch. The blue crew completed the job in a timely manner. All on the team were prepared and professional. Other than the stabilizing of my foundation, I would not have known they were here. Thank you Alex, Mauricio, Oscar and Tomas. Thanks also to Cody for his excellent supervision, and to Brendan for bringing this project together and helping me to understand the process. I feel safe and secure in my home!
Good experience overall with the VFS team. They did a crawl space encapsulation including ripping out old, broken barrier, insulation and dehumidifier. The Red crew comprising of Mauricio, Gerardo, Jose and Oscar worked hard getting the crawl space encapsulated, running dehumidifier drain lines to specific areas I designated in my yard, keeping me up to date with what they were doing. Also, they fixed my dryer vent system in the crawl space that had come undone. They took a lot of pictures before and after their work which was appreciated as well.
