Good experience overall with the VFS team. They did a crawl space encapsulation including ripping out old, broken barrier, insulation and dehumidifier. The Red crew comprising of Mauricio, Gerardo, Jose and Oscar worked hard getting the crawl space encapsulated, running dehumidifier drain lines to specific areas I designated in my yard, keeping me up to date with what they were doing. Also, they fixed my dryer vent system in the crawl space that had come undone. They took a lot of pictures before and after their work which was appreciated as well.
Nolan came out and addressed our issues on time and with great expediency. Our encapsulation is in great shape after a year of service and we highly recommend this company. Nolan is a great service tech and offered meaningfully recommendations.
