Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere without being overly expensive at all. My Dog seemed to feel way less anxious compared to other vet experiences. Definitely will be bringing my Dog and cat back here!!
My husband and I were extremely impressed and satisfied with the care Dr. Baker and his staff provided for our best friend Spade. We brought Spade in without an appointment and they were able to see Spade right away. Dr. Baker was thorough, professional, and very empathetic. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Baker and the staff at Virginia Beach Veterinary Hospital.
The staff tries their best to get Archie in ASAP. The staff are welcoming, courteous, and respectful. The building is clean, smells fresh and is always organized. The doctors have always worked with Archie (he is a barker / loud) and treated him kindly. They send reminders about upcoming appointments and reminders concerning medicines or shots that are required. I am very pleased with my entire experience.
