The customer service in this establishment is horrible. She did not do my nails well. Once I asked her to take it off, she threw a hissy fit and left my nails looking a fucking mess. 0/10

How I left the salon because they couldn’t even take acrylics off. Sat on that chair for a good 40 mins. Then proceeded to try and put a new set when I asked for a gel manicure. I had never walked out of a nail salon before until today.

I went here to get a manicure for my birthday. I asked for gel acrylics. I've never been to this salon before, so I'm not sure what their normal process is, but at the other salons I've been at, they will soak the nails, trim the cuticles, and give a hand massage. But the lady working on my nails did not do any of that. She just jumped right into putting the acrylics on. She told me the base would be $35, which was fine since I was just getting a solid color done. Another woman walked by and asked if I wanted a design, I said no just the color. She pressed, saying I should get black french tips, and I said again, "No, I just want the solid color." After the two women...read full review
