Our water heater burst and flooded our entire first floor, and United Restoration Inc. was at our home by 5:00 AM to immediately begin the mitigation process. From the very beginning, they acted quickly and professionally, which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation.
We had water damage in six rooms, and the team wasted no time getting to work. They pulled up all of the flooring and carpet, removed the kitchen cabinets, and thoroughly started the drying and mitigation process. When they come to work, they WORK FAST!

It all started with a leak from my ceiling in the laundry room while I was away on travel. I did not know what to do at first, I hesitantly talked to my insurance which turned out to be an easy process since they would place me in contact with United Restoration. Coy, call me not long after speaking with my insurance, agreed on a date to meet, and when the date arrived he showed up well before the time agreed upon. He pointed out the location where the leak originated then proceeded to explain exactly rhe next steps to correct the problem. Due to a water leak, we needed to have the master bathroom torn out and replaced. United Restoration was an enormous help with this project.
I initially reached out to Rance, who quickly responded and put us in the capable hands of Joe Burt. Joe oversaw every phase of the project from demolition through the finishing touches. Joe stayed proactive and involved with our insurance company from the start. His experience and efforts proved particularly useful in achieving a 180-degree flip of our claim, which was initially denied in its entirety, to full coverage in a relatively short time.
