We had roof damage, which led to water damage into our home. We used United Restoration to restore everything after it was dried. The project manager, Dwayne, was fantastic to work with. He really gave the time to answer the millions of questions we had regarding the work they did, but also dealing with insurance as well. He responded quickly to texts, made sure all the different aspects of the job were scheduled and taken care of, and the office staff always had answers, as well. The only holdup was insurance themselves!
Coy was very helpful and understanding when it came to making sure that My Home was restored in a reasonable and efficient manner. He was a pleasant person to work with. He was very communicative very understanding and very honest regarding expectations and timelines pertaining to repairs at My Home I will highly recommend working with him for any future projects.
The team that mitigated my water removal was courteous and professional in every way. They called before coming, answered all of my questions and took extra care of my belongings. Thank you ?
