Uma is incredibly talented! Not only musically, but her ability to teach is a gift. My 5 year old son started with her last December (now he is 6) and has learned so much. And her lessons are fun and creative! A true professional. We love her!

My daughter has been going to Uma for over a year now and has learned so much. She can play solo songs all on her own now. Uma is patient, kind, but is also thorough. Uma is the best piano instructor, and my daughter really enjoys learning from her.

Uma has been an absolute wonder! In seven months both of our kids (6 and 8) have progressed from simple scales to Bach and Dvorak. She is amazing. She is extremely caring with kids, encouraging and nurturing but always emphasizing discipline, accuracy, and diligence in practicing. My kids are always encouraged to keep going because they really want to please her, not because they fear her. She works by inspiring. I can't think of a better way to learn!
