True Pilates is a beautiful studio with state-of-the-art equipment. Brenna is a kind and thoughtful instructor who makes Pilates approachable to all fitness levels. I may be biased, but she is an amazing person as well as an amazing Pilates Instructor. Besides that she’s taught and trained many of the area instructors to where they are today.
Such a special experience every time I come to Virginia Beach. My teacher and her entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly dedicated to preserving and teaching the Classical Pilates method. I highly recommend their virtual classes as well.
