During my experience with Beth, I gained far more clarity and transformation through Neurosculpting than I did after years of traditional therapy and self-help work. I had also previously completed Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). While DBT gave me helpful tools, I struggled to consistently apply them and achieve lasting results.
Neurosculpting helped me go deeper—beyond awareness—into understanding the why behind my patterns. It allowed me to finally put the tools I already had into action, while also learning new ones. This work brought me to a level of insight and change I had not reached before.

This was my first time using an infrared sauna, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The experience was relaxing, restorative, and thoughtfully explained, which made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. I left feeling calmer and refreshed.
The space itself is very peaceful! Beth made me feel so welcome. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this place to anyone curious about infrared sauna or simply in need of a serene reset.
