My experience was so much better than I could have imagined. I’ve been dealing with hair loss for so many years. It took me a long time to get the courage up to make the appointment. It’s emotionally draining. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome. I’m so used to feeling self conscious about my lack of hair but Shannon and all the staff made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. Shannon was wonderful to work with. She spent a lot of time helping me understand the wigs—the construction, the different hair types, and what might suit me best—while still encouraging me to try other styles and lengths. She explained customization options clearly, and I truly appreciated that there was no pressure to buy.

That rating should be 10 on a scale of 1-5. Today was even better than her usual fabulous. Shannon is so patient, teaching and explaining everything in detail. This is all so new to me. And the work she did on the topper itself—some thinning, some fine layering—it was a marvel of skill and precision. The result of all this is amazing. I walked out totally delighted in every way.
