I cannot overstate how much I love this office. The staff is so wonderful and friendly, the doctors are incredible, and they take the time to really get to know both the pets and their parents. I love walking in to pick up my pup's maintenance medications or coming in for an appointment and feeling like I'm talking to family members and not a business.
Easily a 100 out of 10 rating from me, and thank you to everyone for all that you do for us! 🖤
I have been going here with my dog Gunner since we got to Virginia Beach a little over 2 years ago. The whole staff has been nothing but excellent and kind. Even when the new veterinarians took over( Dr. Perkins & Dr. Fennelly) it has been great service. I recently had to put Gunner down this past week. Although that was a very sad experience for me, Dr. Perkins was amazing during the whole thing and explained everything. I even received a hand written sympathy card in the mail from the whole staff. I could not be more appreciative and grateful for them. Thank you very much. If I ever get another dog, I’ll be coming here for all the wonderful service.
