I have been going here with my dog Gunner since we got to Virginia Beach a little over 2 years ago. The whole staff has been nothing but excellent and kind. Even when the new veterinarians took over( Dr. Perkins & Dr. Fennelly) it has been great service. I recently had to put Gunner down this past week. Although that was a very sad experience for me, Dr. Perkins was amazing during the whole thing and explained everything. I even received a hand written sympathy card in the mail from the whole staff. I could not be more appreciative and grateful for them. Thank you very much. If I ever get another dog, I’ll be coming here for all the wonderful service.
I haven't had a dog in years and recently rescued an anxious pup. My initial vet visit exceeded my expectations. It started by the staff patiently checking me in while Molly yelped and barked hysterically. I totally forgot her initial vet paperwork from the out of town rescue that I adopted her from. They were so helpful and called their office and got what we needed. The vet tech was so patient and nice in warming up to Molly and trying to calm her down before the doctor came in. Dr Ami was so reassuring in my concerns for socialization, training, and help with Molly's anxiety. This office went above and beyond by recommending trainers, grooming and boarding options to me. They even have an easy way to order preventative meds, food and accessories right from their website. Truly a one-stop-shop for new pet owners.
IVE BEEN BRING MY CATS AND DOGS TO THIS CLINIC FOR 25 YEARS OR MORE. EVERYONE THAT IS EMOLOYED THERE IS Fantastic! Dr. BUNDY HAS ALWAYS BEEN KIND AND EXPLAINS APPROPRIATE TREATMENT FOR ALL MY FUR BABIES! TONYA IS ALSO FANTASTIC! THE ENTIRE STAFF IS WONDERFUL!
