The well has created such a beautiful, relaxing, and healing space. I booked a grounding experience with Kristin and I felt so seen, understood and cared for by her. I have an extremely sensitive nervous system but I left feeling so grounded and centered which is exactly what I was hoping for. She had such a deep understanding of the mind body connection and led me through beautiful visualizations while staying focused on my body. I also appreciated the little touches from the heated table, to the eye mask, and all of their high end products. Good massage, Kat (or Cat?) did not hold back on my shoulders. Half an hour in the sauna/cold plunge wasn't enough, would do the full hour next time, and do it before the massage if possible.
I was gifted a Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage and loved it! It was my first time, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The MLD massage was very gentle and relaxing, with no products used on my skin (which I appreciated as I’m sensitive). After, I felt grounded and like I had lost weight. I’m still feeling my body detoxing the day after, but not in a bad way. The staff were very kind, friendly, and informative. I definitely plan on coming back!
