After discovering tiles falling out of our shower (a quick and cheap tile install done before we purchased the house), I had no choice but to tear everything out and start fresh. A friend recommended I check out The Tile Shop, so I stopped by to get some ideas.
Wade Hill greeted me as I was looking around and was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand where I was in the project, what I needed, and walked me through the available options for a new tile installation. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping me make informed decisions. His knowledge and experience really helped put me at ease for the project ahead.
I've had three sales people help me in the last month. All have been very good, however, Wade Hill the asst manager was stellar. He really seemed sincere about meeting my requirements and assisting with the tile selection process. I will be shopping there again.

Wade at this Tile Shop location was top notch. He didn't pressure and took plenty of time lugging tiles around the shop to give us an understanding of how everything would come together. A great experience overall! If you do decide to shop here, seek out Wade.
