Floor trader came out to our house and moved all our furniture and started removing the old floor. They found moisture under our floors and stopped work. We had to call out a restoration team to dry and clean the floors before floor trader would continue. They did not want to put down their floor until it was safe to cover them again. The floor trader manager spoke to us numerous times with advice and helpful information. When the floors were ready, floor trader showed up and finished the job in two days. They did a great job! We went there looking for some flooring and were left to browse at our own pace. Once we had questions, a member of the staff, Kevin, stepped up and took care of us. We ordered our choice and once it came in pick up was no problem. Great store, great staff.

I forgot his name but he helped us choose the right floor (wood) for us. He’s very knowledgeable and annswers all our questions. Even in the picked up are. Those two were very nice.
