We went there looking for some flooring and were left to browse at our own pace. Once we had questions, a member of the staff, Kevin, stepped up and took care of us. We ordered our choice and once it came in pick up was no problem. Great store, great staff.

Been dealing w/ Floor Traders since 2009. Tim awesome and everyone at the Lynnhavem location is a great team and extremely friendly and helpful. Affordable prices. I'd recommend to anyone, whether DIY or have them don't all. Thanks Floor Trader.

Our salesman (Drew) was competent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The woman who measured was also competent and friendly. The installers were excellent-especially the foreman (Sebastian.) He was very thorough, prompt and explained everything. A very hard working crew-we bought them lunch so they would take a little break! Sebastian and his crew were polite, friendly and helpful also. They did an excellent job-careful with our belongings and cleaned up when they were done. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we love our new carpet! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
