They are not stuck up or snooty, they make you feel like family and in fact made me feel very special. They know what they are doing for a reasonable price and scheduling is always easy. I highly recommend!!

I have extremely thick curly hair. I mean you can't even brush through it with a comb. I have NEVER let anyone touch my hair for the past 19 years except for only 1 stylist. My stylist ended up moving out of state and I was beyond scared for anyone else to do my hair. I met Kelsey and a little scared, but I booked a highlight appointment with her. I was nervous, but when she was done and I saw her work I was beyond satisfied . She's AMAZING and so talented. Beyond her talent, she's the biggest sweetheart I've ever met. First time at this salon. Kelsey is the youngest stylist in an older, established salon. Stylists rent their stations or chairs from the owner. She named her business "The Color Loft." She was very knowledgeable about color and cuts, but very rushed with clients and calls back to back.
Running late due to Groupin purchases, my appointment was pushed back nearly an hour. She was very apologetic.
All in all, my hair looks great. I would've liked a little more time to discuss the style, but she did offer to see me over the weekend if I felt I needed it.
