I enjoy using the different wellness activities. Paulette is a joy to work with she is very knowledgeable about everything and her happy go lucky attitude is something I look forward to when I visit
I am completely obsessed with this place and only have been once / got a spray tan and went in one of the beds for 7 minutes. Super clean and extremely knowledgeable and sweet staff at the location in Norfolk, Va. Got my subscription and ready to be dark all summer. This place is amazing with prices completely unmatched. THANK YOU FOR EXISTING!!
I just reactivated my membership after a year and a half away, and I’m so glad I did! When I called, Shannon was incredibly kind and helpful—she looked up all my info, told me about the new upgrades since my last visit, and made me feel so welcome.
When I arrived, she went above and beyond—letting me use the credit I had and even helping me try out three different beds to find the best fit for my service. Her kindness and genuine care really stood out.
