About Studio 8 Hot Yoga

Studio 8 Hot Yoga, Hampton Roads' first hot yoga studio since 2004, offers certified and experienced instructors teaching body alignment, breath control, and mindful movement. The studio provides heated and non-heated group and private classes, including Foundations, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Nidra, and Athletic Movement. With a focus on compassion and care, the instructors guide students with integrity and intuition, making it an exceptional value. The owner Kat is an exceptional yoga teacher—she guides with integrity and intuition. A truly personable experience at Studio 8, they meet you where you are with compassion and care. My practice has improved beautifully under the guidance of Kat. The other instructors are wonderful as well. An excellent value for the experience—best hot yoga studio in VB!

If you desire to practice Yoga along side immense wisdom, extreme care, and intentional presence, Kat is your gal. Studio 8 is what I would consider “true” practice. Showing up and feeling what the matt has to offer has changed the trajectory of my being; and for that I am beyond grateful ~

I've really enjoyed classes with Kathleen Hoff. She incorporates movements that can challenge you but also offers basic options so all levels can enjoy it. I'm only visiting and have always wanted to try hot yoga. Kathleen has made it such a great experience that I intend on picking this up back home in the hopes it's an equally great experience.
