I used to go to them a long long time ago. And loved every outcome. I Found them again on IG! And was Elated. But to see
The owner wasn’t a braider at all. They are Not personable! There was one lady in the shop that did give me a foot stool which was nice. Prices are Ridiculous For medium Knotless braids (mediocre)! Took about 7 hours.($380)!
And they were late. They don’t speak to you during your appt. $100 plus fees for a deposit was unheard of. Just disappointing!!!!
At first I planned to give this sho the benefit of the doubt. But after today I had a change of heart. I booked and kept an appointment for small box braids 1 month and 4 days ago. I paid a deposit and received my 9 hour service on the day of my appointment. The stylist was 30 minutes late, she took a few well deserved breaks, and the cost was $380. Three weeks after 3 braids fell out, last week 3 more fell out and about 4 more that feel like they are hanging on by a thread. When I contacted the business I was told I would need to book an appointment for $125 for three rows in front and two rows in back. IN A MONTH?!! No ma’am! I’ll try another place. 😳🙁
I came here back at the end of July. My twist are absolutely beautiful but the experience was horrible. I recently thought about going back for a touch up but I think I’m just going to take them out. Not worth sitting through the experience again. My Braider was very rude, did not speak to me until it was time to pay the remaining balance while she constantly yelled in my ear while she was on her phone the entire time.
