We have used Smith and Williams for multiple family members over the years. Everyone was very professional and kind in our moments of grief. There was no rushing to make decisions and we were encouraged to take as much time as was needed. Marc especially was very supportive and offered detailed explanations of all of their services. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs funeral services.
It was good to finally take the step to do my advance-planning and make my own funeral arrangements. I have been the trustee/executrix for 4 estates. I can’t begin to tell you how much drama there is when a loved one passes. Each estate had its own Pandora’s box. By spending a couple of hours of pre-planning, you have a final say in how YOU want things done. This will remove that burden from your loved ones who will (trust me on this) argue and stress over what they feel should be done and try to come up with the money to pay for it.
